Valentina Volta

THE AUTHOR

Romance, Italy, and stories that linger long after the final page.

Valentina Volta writes contemporary romance charged with heat, tension, and the kind of electricity that exists between two people before anything has happened yet — and everything is about to.

Born and raised in greater Boston, she now calls Milan home, thanks to an Italian husband and more than two decades of la dolce vita. With a background in marketing and communications, she has always known how to spin a good narrative—she has simply moved on to better ones.

Her debut series, The Montani Sisters, is inspired by the breathtaking Apuan Alps and the world-renowned Carrara marble. Readers can expect slow burn, delicious tension, and the irresistible pull of forced proximity and forbidden romance.

Valentina writes from places that move her — the hills above Lake Como, the Tuscan seaside, and the mountains of Trentino. She speaks fluent Italian, though her American accent still has a charming habit of sparking conversations with locals.

Her next series, The Martinellis, is currently in development.

Stories shaped by heat, longing, beauty, and the emotional tension that exists just before everything changes.
